Simple Website with Open Souce Forum and Chat room in ASP.net

Website -Shall have a page linking to the database showing rankings of players based on score and number of times a player has left a game early... etc -Shall handle account creation -Shall have a card game theme, green felt background similar to [login to view URL], use green color, card images, look professional, simple and clean -Shall have a forum (open source ASP.net), news section, chat room, tournaments section, new games section, links section, tell a friend section, contact us section -Shall have a chatroom -Shall have advertising banners on top and bottom and left or right -Shall handle Google ad sense and other advertisers -Shall have copyright information at the bottom of the site -Shall have an administrator interface that allows for adding or deleting users and additional administrative functions Logo of site is already available. A server is already available with IIS installed. Here are 5 sites that I want mine to look similar to. Simple, no dynamic contecnt. Just text and images.
