oscommerce content script(repost)

Hi, I will start reselling hardware en software with a webshop based on Oscommerce. Therefore I need a script that updates my webshop content. Several XML and CSV files are on the FTP server of my provider and they are refreshed every night. I search a smart coder with PHP and MySQl experience to create a script that automatically updates my webshop on a nightly base. (cron jobs!) Not only should this script add products to my oscommerce webshop, it should also be able to filter out products that I do not want based on category, price, brand and/or free text. I need to be able to manually add products to my website and your script should leave them alone without touching them. The script should have a function to add my procent % on the prices. That's important because that will decide how much profit I make. Last is to create an Information button in Oscommerce when an article is displayed. This Info button will popup rich content with extra information about this article. I love it when you drop me personal note and a bid for this project. Please don't just copy your resume.
