Magento small changes

I need help on some issues in our Magento? based? webshop. - Some conformation messages are in English and need to be in Dutch. (I will provide translations). - The layout some emails need some textual changes. (and perhaps some pictures). - The checkout procedure must be simpler. After the customer has chosen his products, only a standard fee for shipping costs must be added. - The icon in the URL bar must be changed ## Deliverables there are eight problems up to now, i still need to check the conformation emails after placing an order on the site. 1. After creating an account on the site people see a conformation on the site which is still partially in english (screenshot 1) 2. After people sign up for a newsletter they receive an email conformation, i want to add some more text and if possible a picture. 3. After creating an account people receive a conformation email, i want to change some text. (screenshot 2) 4. I created a text under the footer link "over ons" (about us) but it doesn't appear? 5. I would like to change the icon in the URL bar (it's magento icon now). 6. After filling in the contact form people get a message in english, i want to change it to Dutch (screenshot 3) 7. After putting a product in the shopping cart or wish list, people see a conformation on the site but it's in English, i want to change it to Dutch (screenshot 4 and 5) 8. After deleting a product from the shopping cart or wish list people see a conformation on the site but it's in English, i want to change it to Dutch (screenshot 6)
