Customer Billing / Management System

This project requires approximately 2 weeks of a person's time within a 3 week deadline. The object is to create a web based customer billing / management solution. This system will include but not limited to HelpDesk / Live Support / Network Management / Customer Billing / Auto Account Creation through API's / Accepting Money(s) through different payment Gateways (API)'s / Registration of Domains (API)'s and interfacing with a telnet remote reboot interface. The system will also create web-based signup scripts based on information entered into a graphical user interface. All sections should have a method of adding fields. A good indication of this system is ubersmith. Please note it is mandatory that the system hold a method skinning. The controlpanel should also have access control for staff, restricting access to sections. The system must also work with a remote licensing system capable adding and revoking live licenses. A web installation system is required for the script as it will be distributed as a product. I requre that you consider before accepting this position that you are willing to work on future releases of the product. A more detailed indepth summary will be provided after a successful bid. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform I would like this system to be compatible with Linux Distribtions and the Apache Web Server. If it's not too much trouble for this to work with IIS + Win2k / 2k3 this would be a great addon. This product should be written in PHP / MySQL other options will be considered but i reserve the right to refuse the suggestion.
