Bandbooster website

Hi there. The background is to create a website in which unsigned artists can sign up their bands and upload music. This music can then be downloaded for ‘credits’ (or for free, if the band assign this feature). A user would purchase credits from the site for x amount each and download the music. There is no profile needed as such, the ability to expand to a profile would be ideal. Merely a shopping cart style login to assign the credits too. The user can search bands by genre, name, title and also a random button. The credits per download are then assigned to the band, where they can cash them in to sales at Band booster for a money alternative, or certain features (home page presence, featured artist etc). It would be ideal if the credits system could be automated and the bands claim to money manual (however buying items with the credits automated). This would leave the user to have instant credits and downloads, yet allow me to verify the bands get the money they deserve, and remove the processing costs for the site. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
