autoresponder settings and form

My site autoresponder has following problems: No email notification of new subscriptions or unsubscriptions (existing categories). No daily autoresponder activity report sent to my email address(existing categories). I want to create settings on autorseponder for new responder category. Want to install new form on site admin panel so that results are captured and notified to me by email.. ## Deliverables Rent A Coder requirements notice: As originally posted, this bid request does not have complete details.
