ASP Website Redesign & Implementation

My site caters to fashion models, photographers and other fashion and entertaiment professionals. I need a new hip design that will attract new paying models and advetisers. I want to be able to easily fit existing content on the new site. My site is in classic asp and has some dynamic as well as static pages.? We will use the existing asp code but there may be small changes here? or there for formatting pages? I also want to allow space for different types of banner advertising and adsense? etc.? ? I already have a list of 10 sites that I like that I want my site to look better than and example of the site that has the advertising on it with dimensions etc... I envision that most of the work will be done on the front page and making the a new logo and flash buttons for navigation and CSS. I also want a flash logo and smaller square? static logo that might go in top left-hand corner or? a better space determined by? you.? Then you'd make a simple page that you'd? use as a template page to fit? the other static? pages into that will also have advertising space for site run ads. I'd like regular updates as to progress on this project (every other day minimum). I don't want four or five days going by without knowing what's going on.? Communication is the key to success in getting it done just right. I know, I have programmed for years.
