545662 MySql Database and PHP Webiste pages to operate database

I need a mysql database and the php pages to operate the data withing the database. The data will track online auction sales profits withing and online game. Complex auction fees coding in needed, which I have all the formulas to provide the winning bidder. I tried this once and my last programmer never finsihed the project, he was able to finish about half of the work and I have not heard fro him and over 3 weeks. Basically were taking a excel file and turning it into a online database. Please view oct file to get and idea of what I am talking aobut. Full names is a list of the current products, I will need to add values to that, but you can find values on the oct. file. When I say values I meen TT which is what you can receive if you sell it directly to the TT or Trade Terminal within the game. i can't afford a big amount to pay here and keep in mind this is just for tracking an online game, so don't waste time with large big prices as they will just get overlooked. with what Chris started and the files attached it should be pretty easy to complete. I would like time stamps so I can use a drop down option and select any type of reports base on time, products, sub categories, and days etc. This might sound easy, but it is complex. Sure once you have the basic pages down it's cut and paste and change a few lines of code here and there for the different pages, but trust me when I say it's complext in the details and very hard to explain. I would like to be around 50.00 because I pre paid chris after he did some of the work and I am already out 200.00 I want the BD to allow for several users to track their own data, but pull from a master database of products. They add their own inventory and record their own sales. when they run reports, it only tracks their sales, their current inventory etc. Their will be several products to add to the database, I can do that if need be once up and running. each product will have a pre set value which will never change, and a sub category for reporting purposes.
