To create an interface to allow the sending and recieving of RAW IP packets using Winsock 2 in Windows NT/2000. This should be coded in C++ and have similar functionality and interface as the Winsock Object in VB. We also require the inclusion of a simple IP packet constructor.
## Deliverables
DLL containing the Object described above that can be registered and used in Visual Basic. Source code of the object.
