We have a list server application written in C++, which compiles on Linux & Win2000, that uses Microsoft's (and Sybase) dblib API. All database access is conducted through a single C++ class that wraps all dblib API calls. We need to port our SQL class library to Oracle OCI, from the current dblib implementation. You would be responsible for port the 2000-line class to use OCI, and point out problems with the application design that might require application changes to support OCI. We would provide the source code to our application, as well as the libraries we use. This work could be done on Linux (gcc), Windows (MSVC) or Solaris (gcc). You'll need to download and install your own Oracle server instance and OCI libraries. Knowledge of the STL is a definite plus. The header file of the file to port is attached. ## Deliverables Complete source code of all programming work done
