Digium TDM2400P card working with just Zaptel (no Asterisk)

Any proposal that does not explicitly refer to this will be ignored immediately.** We have a Digium TDM2400P and we are making a simple application where we need ring/on-hook/off-hook, DTMF and voice, nothing else. We want to use the Zaptel driver directly and do not want the overhead of asterisk. I have put together a simple API buy grabbing code from zaptel.h/c and chan_zap.c. It all works except: i cannot get incoming DTMF to work and I have not got around to implementing voice. I can even detect pulse dial digits, and dial out DTMF, but not incoming DTMF. My API as well as my attempted code to collect incoming DTMF events (which does not work) will be supplied. I suspect the fix to DTMF would take minutes for somebody who knew what they were doing. **Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to get incoming DTMF detection and voice from zaptel.** For somebody who is experienced with Zaptel and Asterisk, this could be a walk in the park. We will happily pay $500, no need to bargain, we want people who can solve this, not to chase the lowest price. You would likely need your own Digium card to test (preferably TDM2400P). Or if you are local (Sydney City), you could drop into our office and we have a deddicated box with Linux and the card.
