Urgently require a Website Like Boffer.co.uk or Grabitnow.com! Not the same design, but Better!

I am requiring a Website like [login to view URL] and Grabitnow.com. Not the Same but similar and better. I am not an expert in using websites, therefore I require something very easy for me to use and update on a regular daily basis. Please have a look at these two websites and the bidder should know what they are about. I need the script all backed up, etc once the project is completed successfully and sent to me as well as the I need the bidder to be able to transfer the website to my [login to view URL] hosting site.
