Video aplication-interface got to be in Spanish idiom

Good evening: I need an application, that will be installed in only one computer; maybe accessible by internal network for 3 or 4 more PC's, not more. It's an application that visually seems like the Cover Flow in an iPod, but the cover is a preview of a video, like the preview thta you see in the Youtube search. The application is for 5 videos. The visual aspect is better to be kinda artistic, it's a project on the Film & Arts department on my school Thanks and keep in touch.
