46552 Website design/Create Database

I have a site that contains about 40 categories of different products with listings to different websites. I need a better layout of how I show these website listings. What I would like is to have all these websites entered into a database so they can easily be edited, deleted, and new ones easily added. The current website with all the categories is listed here: [login to view URL] You will see all the categories and websites listed in each category. So what I need is all the current listings in each category entered into a database and displayed consistently. The ability to add, edit, delete listings in an admin section.
