This is a request to Implement a 10 page Website Design Awards Site. It has already been designed, just needs to be cut and all components need to work correctly. -submission uploads, -thumbs-up thumbs-down ratings, -Comments -interviews -it needs to file all newest posts, - it index's css and flash websites, as well as business cards. etc. -contact page -about page Need someone who knows how to do dynamic websites - maybe using wordpress format, but must work exactly as described with the design!
