Web-based voice/video chat application through ActiveX(repost)

We have been looking for a professional, or a team of professionals, who have certain programming skills to build a fully functional web-based voice/video chat application. This application is a very light-weight such as that of voice4web.com. The activeX control must not exceed 500 kb in size. This ActiveX object is embeded into a web page through some lines of code (see [login to view URL]'s? demo on their website? for more details). The application should also feature a web-based interface for administrators/webmasters to manage the voice chat rooms and perform essential functions such as viewing IP logs, changing user status/group, etc... Coders who have no proven history on RentAcoder will not be considered, so please do not bother. ## Deliverables All final code, of every single component, will become our property and cannot be shared by the coder.
