Very small customer's area ASP

I need to change an existing private area for real estate owners. The page must be in ASP using AJAX (extjs preferred) using Mysql (already created) It consists in: 1: Registration 2: login 3: Insert/modify/delete? ? real estate (will use aspupload and aspimage components for image uploading) 4: Activate/Deactivate listing (just updating an bool value in database and or the expiration-date in the DB) 5: User's data modification 6: few minor chnges The database consists in just few tables(already created) I already have the template to be used for this.
