Stockmarket insider site for AU

I have a site already setup with some similarity under [login to view URL] Here are the things that I need done: Front end - Member log (with spam protection, automated e-mail confirmation) - Forum for members (Phpbb3) - Capability for members to opt in or out of the mailing list Back end: - Capability to send mass e-mail to all members, some of one with a search by name or e-mail - Capability for me to opt members in or out - Dynamic data base of director transactions that i can add to daily. The exact panel & functions that I want goto [login to view URL] and create an members account. The functions that is made available for the members are what I'm looking for. The only difference that I would like is under "company Information" tab to have the capacity to display top 20 shareholders,director actions and substantial shareholder actions. there will also be a blurb describing the company and what it does.
