Single item shopping cart & integration with Paypal Payments Pro

I'd like someone to integrate Paypal's Website Payments Pro with my single-item website (think Woot). The description of the product itself may change, but the price & shipping charges will remain constant. I want this to be hosted on my own site to avoid monthly charges with another company. I use 1and1 for hosting services if you'd like to see the features they offer. I have the main page set up already, so it has to be a solution to accommodate my page & not vice versa. Think of the Woot! format, where there is one item & description displayed & then a "I want one!" button.
