Simple Dynamic Project Funcionality Request

This is a very simple project. All the logic and work is already done. During development, all values were created in code behind, and now I want someone to effectively? complete this for me by making it dynamic as intended, so I can move on to other things that I need to finish. I have one visual basic asp.net 3.5 web form on a website that I want changed from static to dynamic. The name of that web form is [login to view URL] and Begin.aspx.vb. This web form is used in a telemarketing application I created to display respective call scripts based on selections made. (please come here? and test it? to get an understanding:? <[login to view URL]>)? Presently, script values are retrieved from code behind. Instead, I want this functionality made to be dynamic in the following manner: 1. Create? an xml file and place all data in it. Take a look at this for the? ID and Data to use when creating the xml file: <[login to view URL]> 2.? Retrieve the data from the? xml file and place it into a ViewState Array upon first loading, when opening initially? from? [login to view URL] (if you have a better idea, feel free to suggest it) 3. Use the data stored in? ViewState on all consecutive postbacks to determine which values to utilize on the page ([login to view URL]). 4. Whenever the "End Call" or the "Start All Over"? button is clicked, clear respective values and start all over fresh. 5. Desist from using Session Variables? wherever possible, and use cookies instead, if necessary. 6. Create a web page to edit XML file. Only serious coders need apply. And there may be more work for you, if you prove yourself capable.? You will get the project if you are selected for the job. Do not place a bid if you intend to take it into arbitration in hopes of being paid anyway, otherwise I will let it go into arbitration and invest the few hours necessary to complete the project myself.
