Search a folder for files by file name and run a VBS on results.

Hello I have a small VB script that I can run on individual files and it returns details on that file (like number of pages in the file). The VBS is for DjVu files (like PDF) and these can be multi page documents. **_The file type is not important_** as the VBS deals with the page counting and the file type already. I would like to be able to search a directory and it's sub directories (browse to select the directory and save settings as default for the next time), using a search string which will be part of the files' file name (i.e. search = 'batch1'; to find files like example file name = '[login to view URL]' etc.). I would like the VB script to automatically run on ALL the found files to get a me a total number of pages of all the files combined and display this result in the application: i.e. add up all the pages in each document and display the total (the VB script I have does this but only on one file at a time, so it will also need a bit of modification). I will of course send you the VBS, EXE and BAT file that I currently use to count pages on individual DjVu files, for your use and integration into the application. Would it be possible for this application to run in Internet Explorer so I can run it as a web application/service. This is not vital but would be good. I hope I explained this okay and I hope you can help. Further explanation to clarify, via reason for request: I scan my paper documents and convert them into DjVu files and these files are multi page files. The paper documents are in batches and box numbers and I need to be sure that no pages are missing during the scanning process. I know the number of physical pages ber batch that go into the scanner and so I need a way of counting the pages from the DjVU files to enable me to make sure none are missing. Thank you very much.
