Online Advertising / Listing Service For Real Estate In ASP

I am looking for an ASP programmer to custom design a listing service for real estate. I need a coder to develop a database (preferably sql) with listing descriptions and pictures. Most of the site is up and running and i'm running a buggy and partially completed database using access. This site should be fully automated with no help from outside sources (humans, etc..) the database must keep itself running and add listings without interaction. Would prefer an intranet version of webpage for admin purposes (remove unwanted ads, illegal etc..) Basically the database should retain information such as state, description, category, price, picture link (picture must be on server), and other info of homes and land. Extra bonus for help developing the whole website including logos such as pictures, banner ads, etc. The website is: [login to view URL] Pykos Real Estate Service. Running win 2000 server with mysql (also have sql2000). I would like usernames and passwords for users to ad listings (limit one a day). No username or password to view ads. A special section for realtors and agencies (unlimited ads and advertising of their establishments). Entire database must log, and provide statistics such as hits per listing. E-mail instructions before listing is added and access to remove or modify listing as needed by seller. Must also include section to charge for placing ad although the site will use verisign 128 bit encryption capabilites. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Product must be tested and fully working before payment is made via escrow. 5) I expect at least 15 days of warranty in case code crashes or I experience error messages (database, asp, or jet related) etc.. ## Platform Windows 2000 advanced server usng frontpage extensions. Will provide access to server files and wwwroot access. Currently running Access databases but would prefer a powerful and more robust database like sql.
