Need PHP script to automate sumbissions

Need a PHP script or software to automate submissions. All submissions require certain fields, like url, name, ect. Some require to enter Captcha. If you can bypass this it would be great! I can give you a list of sites to automate to see what needs to be done. I also need to be able to add to the list of URL's for submission at any time. Will pay with ESCROW! Must work! If you can by pass Captcha this would be a great asset for you!
