asp form submission

I would like to submit a form on EMAIL. here is the URL of the form [login to view URL] form is submitting perfectly now but only issue is that we want it to be develop in ASP not PHP, because i'll upload it on windows based hosting. let me know the time, cost. ofcourse its a very easy project and will take only few hours to complete it.
