We want to measure the number of issues being reported and resolved each month and be able to export the data in CVS For a selected Mantis project, between two dates that the user specifies at the time, available for CSV download: Part 1 - The number of new issues reported - For each Mantis user, the number of: -- Assignments of issues (assignment events) to that user (if reassigned, both assignment events would be counted) -- Issues assigned to that user that were resolved -- Issues assigned to that user that were closed -- Issues assigned to that user that were given feedback status -- Issues currently assigned to the user on the start date -- Issues currently assigned to the user on the end date Part 2 Grouped by the first 5 characters of the Category names, the number of issues: - Reported - Resolved - Closed I have specified Part 2 with a view to making it as low cost as possible. If you have an alternative solution to splitting up stats by groups of categories, please suggest it. If possible this should be written as a plugin so that other people could benefit from it and it could be easily added to a Mantis installation
