rewrite AvScript in Codeigniter

Hello, we are looking for someone to rewrite this script [login to view URL] and well as some the mods we use, using codeigniter. we have the core AVScript running a well as some mods from the forums, and some of our own mods too. AVscript (Core) Forum Mod (Mod) Friendlist (Mod) We also want these changes to be added: 1- multi-categories for each game 2- custom SEO name for each game and category 3- email notifications for private messages, friend requests, subscribed to comment, subscribed to forum threads, profile comments. 4- ability for the user to manage these email notifications. 5- ability for admin to change email formats. 6- RSS for news section. 7- threaded commenting system 8- thumbs up - thumbs down voting system 9- more statistics of number of times each game was played as well as graphing them over time (including browser type, flash version, ..etc) 10- a special account type for developers to track their games on the portal and check analytics and upload games for review by an admin to publish. 11- ability to general SEO friendly sitemaps automatically. we would like someone who previously worked on game portals, also someone who worked with multibyte languages preferably arabic. someone who understands how game portals work. the code for the AVscript will be provided for reference. and more detailed requirements will be sent later.
