Alter some Images - modify a world map

I would like to get a simple Gall-Peters Projection Map, with some specific criteria. My budget is $40. Some (larger) countries are labeled, in very small print 4. Gridlines are visible 5. Background color (of the ocean) is buttercream color. 6.
