Bairesdev is looking for Node Developers to work for one of our most important client located in Santa Monica, CA! Essential duties and responsibilities for this position include the following: • Help create development, staging and production systems• Working alongside our front-end engineer, create the back-end functional code in Node.js• Create the models and controllers to interact with the front-end code• Create secure authentication and authorization for access to restricted areas of the sites• File upload and retrieval using Amazon S3 or similar• Interact with e-mail providers for transactional emails such as password reset, etc.• Create a robust debug and error handling [login to view URL] Skills and Experience:• Comprehensive knowledge Node.js and the node platform.• Working knowledge of Node Express and Passport.• Deep JavaScript knowledge.• Comprehensive knowledge of MYSQL.• Knowledge of Grunt, Gulp, Bower, Git• RESTful API design and development experience• Familiar with Agile methodologies• Familiar with web templating engines such as JadeIf this sounds great to you, come join us.
