Please find attached my developed application on Asp.net and VB. I have already placed the asp.net controls, but the back code is not yet completed. I am looking for a talented designer to do the following: 1. Design the web application. 2. Create a nice view and coloring 3. Suggest better layout if needed 4. Use images instead of hyperlinks or image buttons when needed 5. Design 's to properly suits all platforms 6. Send back the application in the same way as I attach now In order to hire the best designer, I would kindly request you to design the first page of the application and send me snapshot of it. I don't need to read your profiles or your previous jobs. Please only design the home page and send it to me to assess the best designer to work with.
