New Years Party tickets website in ASP.net

This project must be in ASP.net, and .NET technologies. If you are a PHP programmer only, please do not bother bidding. We want all the source files of this project (no compiled files). We need a site to sell New Years Eve Party tickets. Our competitors would be [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] Our site will be a place where we will post New Years Eve Parties by major U.S. City, including New York, Miami, Los Angeles, and more. The site will have a backend that will let us control the entire site. For each event we will have a "find out more" details page which will have content, pictures, etc. We will get a design from 99 designs, and your job would include converting our PSD into XHTML. On the site people would be able to buy tickets for each party. The website will have a custom credit card processing system that will work with [login to view URL] or any other credit card processor of our choice. The form must be part of our site, not an outside processor. We need someone who knows how to work with [login to view URL]'s API. In our backend we will be able to list events, add pics, add content, etc for each event, as well as select a price. Each party will have a tier of tickets, from general admission to VIP tickets (each at its own price level). We will do our best to provide you with the design of each of the pages that are part of our site. However, if additional pages are needed that we do not have a design for, you may have to create additional pages based on the main design that we send you. People will be able to buy 1 or more tickets to each event. We will also have a promo code field and you will make sure that the price of the tickets change per promo code. In the backend we should be able to specify that promo codes are not allowed for certain events, and for these events the promo code field should not show up at all during the sign up process.
