Im not sure how I can accurately bid on this. In a perfect scenario, to take a blank server, install CENTOS, JBOSS, and MYSQL and cope an app over, ou are looking at a 16 hour job. At $30, thats less than $2 an hour. Even at an inexperienced rate - you dont want an inexperienced person working on this as it is the foundation of your system - of $20/hour, you are looking at $320

I have 3 years of experience in building Java application with Spring, Hibernate and PostGreSQL running on Jboss. I am well versed with creating a new server instance from scratch along with tweaking the configurations related to Heap management, garbage collection to name a few.
