Hi. I really suggest you use proxmox 4 and will be better if it will debian host system. It uses lxc containers instead of openvz. Proxmox 4 has nice UI and it allows to have kvm and openvz together. If you need openvz you can use proxmox 3. There is also cloudlinux, it based on centos and have lxd containers (next generation after openvz and lxc).
