write a scheduling and ordering tracking software for a roofing, siding, and window company.

I am in need of a computer system to run a window, siding, and roofing company. Here is the scope of the project. 1. An administrative assistant enters an an appointment in the system for the sales person to go to a customer's home and give them a quote for a new roof, windows or siding. 2. The sales person will be notified via text and email that an appointment has been entered into their calendar in the system. 3. The sales person can log in and get their appointment info. 4. Sales person goes to customers' home and using ipad, writes a quote from pricing information in system and gets approval via signature on ipad by customer to start the order. 5. Once customer approves, the proposal turns into a job and the purchasing agent is notified to order the supplies for the job from within the system. So the database should include a catalog with vendors and pricing information. In addition, the scheduler will look in the system to the sub contractors calendar and find a date they are available and put this on their calendar to perform the work. 6. A manager will monitor the system to make sure all jobs are meeting milestones. E.g. the materials will be delivered before the subcontractors begin work and so on. 7. Once the job is finished the sales person will be notified to collect payment from customer. 8. Once money is received the accounting dept will be notified to log in and approve or edit the self generated commission report. 9. The office should have at least 4 computer monitors around the office to view a screen showing all orders in progress. If a job is not meeting certain time milestones it should move to top of list and flash in red so management or appropriate staff can check on it and get it back on time schedule.
