We require data from 4 price lists in MS Word to be transcribed and migrated into MySQL tables. The 4 price lists should be merged to occupy the same tables, with a new field to indicate the state (VIC, TAS, NSW, QLD). One of the fields will need to be transcribed as semantic HTML5 (using <br>, <li>, <strong> tags, etc...). There are two related tables clusters and items. Each cluster can have many items. I've attached the Word price list, the proposed table schema definitions, and an example sequence of MYSQL insert statements for a cluster and its items based on the price list.
