I Pad in car media playing app

i am looking for a custom made app for ipad, the app must play playlists, music,video,picture files and be able to browse and search these files from an external nas drive. after browsing or searching to the album or file you should be able to play the whole album or just an individual file. visually the apps front end needs to be user frendly with large buttons to control audio and play functions, it should display the album artwork and whats playing now and next. a function to create and save playlists would be usefull. If the app is closed then opened again it should resume playing from where it last was. the app should not allow the ipad screen to lock when it is playing, the screen should stay on as long as the ipad is powered from the dock socket, when power is removed from the dock socket the app should pause.
