Pricing For Arranger/Composer For Song

Hello all, I posted a project on here earlier and cancelled that to repost this one. Please note I am only looking for a rough price as I need to save first before choosing someone. So this may be cancelled later on. I have a lyric that I want made into a song. I have the basic melody played on the piano for the lyric of what a singer woud roughly sing and how I want it to roughly sound like. Please note I can't sing so I will be hiring someone for this. I would like to know whether somone can take this idea and make it into a song and make it up appropriately with the right gaps between verses, powerful sounding but soft in certain places for proper impact etc. I plan to place this in the International Songwriting Contest and the Great American Song Contest at my cost and I am willing place the name of the arranger on the song and if it were to be selected I would share any winnings (I know what it is like to be scammed so I am serious about this) I received an evaluation from the Great American contest and they said I had potential so I want to pursue it further. I have attached a file if it works, this is roughly what it is suppose to sound like, it is just the first verse, pre chorus and chorus. The lyrics are below. Please note that the lyrics may not match the music as I am still learning piano and there is an intro section before the actually melody. This is just to give you an idea. Lyrics are below. I don't care if it takes a couple of months as long as the quailty is good. I have to save the money so I may not choose anyone I just want an estimate so I can save.
