Write a mobile simple app

Hello I am an Expert and Experienced Mobile App Developer.. As I have read your project description .I think you want your website to show in Android and in iPhone [login to view URL] type of Apps are called as WEB VIEW Apps. Just for this App your website needs to be pure Mobile Friendly i.e Responsive. So for this I can make a webview App in which ,When the App will start a splash screen will come ,which come for 2 seconds. And after that your website will be open in webview.
