Write an iPhone application

Basically I have 2 ideas : 1/ Location based app - Tinder/Uber style phone only app for the escort business in UK... This idea has been done in Germany and America examples are [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] The idea is for me ideally avoid being rejected by apple and android cause its an escort business but at same idea allow me to get PR for the idea?... I think there is a market for such a good app in the UK and im looking for something where girls can upload their profiles and switch on their estimated location and availability but where that profile would be removed automatically if there is nudity... I think this app could be broken down into massage, escort, and maybe other categories, im not sure at moment. With regards to the financing side im not sure if I would charge escorts to register?? or clients pay a fee to speak to escorts or where transaction of the deal is controlled by myself if the client paysonline ? if you have any ideas on this??? Also for the safety for people there should be some basic security measures for the clients like a pre-vet or pre-card register , contact number, no hiding telephone number ..etc???? 2/ The second idea is an end to end solution for landlords and tenants RENTING houses in uk .. basically if a landlord is managing the property themselves and does not want to be disturbed late at night for emergencies or repairs.. So basically the idea the tenant takes picture of the problem or reports the problem to the landlord and then an alert is sent as an app alert and text message alert , email etc and the report simultaneously links to various handymen and companies to quote for the business ... such as plumbers . boiler repairs, maintenance, cleaners, locksmiths etc or whatever it may be...this helps the landlord and tenant experience as problems can be dealt with straight away ... if you require more info for this please let me know.. im not sure how this app would make money but maybe a transaction fee if landlord chooses one of the supppliers???? or if you have any other suggestions on this?? or maybe supplier pays a fee to register their services?? some competitor examples are [login to view URL], [login to view URL], but even these companies are not really offering an end to end solution as the landlord would still have to research finding a [login to view URL] a tenant sent a picture of the problem .
