Write an iPhone and Android application (Very Simple)

I want to make an app to make photo collage with emoticons It can be 3X3, 4X4, 5X5 or 6X6 the idea is that the user must choose photos from cell (The user can add several at once or one at a time) and then add an emoticon (which resembles the face in the photo) for each photo. (the emoticon can be placed on any of the 4 corners of the picture) For squaring each photo should have basic editing options: move to the sides and up and down, zoom in or zoom out and crop. if you can put more effects such; brightness, contrast, etc. it would be better Should have the option to change the background and add text. When the user finishes, must be able to save the collage and then if they want share it by email, whatsapp or any social network (instagram, facebook, etc). must also have an option of suggestions and the option to sign in in order to create a database. Here i uploaded i picture i made, manually, it should look more less like that, but with text, and background.. Please feel free to ask.
