Write an Android application

Hello, I have a small application in mind. I have an idea of a mobile application that will have a logged in user to place complaints like accident, fire or robbery by pinpoint the location (like 1 feature in Waze). The following will explain some steps on how the application will look like : 1)display current location of the user (once user open the application). 2) Once the user open the application, after a splash activity, it will open up a google map (showing a pointer to current location of the user) 3) From the google map activity page, there will be a hamburger icon at the top left side, there will be a navigation drawer 4) In the navigation drawer, there will be profile of user (settings), number of complaints, etc 5) Application will check whether the user is currently logged in or not 6) If user is not logged in / not registered yet, user can click from the profile in the navigation drawer to register / logged in, once logged in redirect user back to the map activity page 7) Note that : only logged in user can place complaint, unregistered or users that are logged in cannot place complaint to the map but they can see currently incidents happening nearby. This shall use the marker clustering techniques 8) All of the complaints should be saved to the database (phpmyadmin) Some screenshoot are attached together for ur reference. Thank you.
