Stock market TIPS Android & ios app using flutter

I need to Build an ios app + android app (all from scratch) using flutter.. All should have a common back end where i can send tips or any message about buy or sell a particular stock which will take immediate effect on all the platforms as well as give push notifications to all the users So need a proper free API integration as well for NSE & BSE rates. There should be a compulsory registration via mobile number otp and then create account with email and password. So the main page will be the tips page as soon as the person logs into the app We have to monetize it with in mobile ads, and to view the tip the person has to see the ad. And in app purchases for removing ads and subscription to get SMS/Whtsapp notification. And other features will be mentioned once we have a proper discussion. Someone with basic knowledge of Indian stock market would be proffered. Need something similar but with ios and android app as well.
