Recover webserver for android and iphone app

Hello, i have android app, the app working with Magazine, Augmented reality app, in order to access the app, you need Activation code, the activation code located inside the magazine. And i have web service between the app and server, that show the activation code. I want to be sure that if any thing happen to my server, i can handle the issue, and all activations code and the data will not be loosed
