Multi Listing Software (MLS)

There are two major elements to the service it is where members can upload properties with photos, description, features and documents. Once accepted, the property is searchable within the system. Other members can then use a search function to search properties by certain criteria such as area, location, property type and budget. When they get the results they will see all details plus additional information on the actual listing agent. They will also be able to print off or download window cards either with our without a logo. They will also be able to select from multiple formats The system should produce a live feed which can be pulled into an agents website. It should also have feeds available so that agents can send to major property portals to display their properties. Plug ins for Wordpress should also be created so that the properties can be pulled into Wordpress sites. On agents websites any properties that have been listed to ‘share’ will be able to be displayed in any agents website that uses the service. Right now the most used service is resales online, which actually has many flaws, yet they still have hundreds of subscribers. There is an opportunity to create a more robust service with many additional features that could easily replace resales online. Cresting a mobile app version would be a priority too. The membership area also has a type of CRM so that agents can allocate leads and enquiries and set appointments etc. You can also send emails from within the system. Uploading properties There are multiple tabs Property description Location (province, town, urbanisation) Features Address (only visible to listing agent) Listing agent details Photos Documents upload area Tick boxes for sharing property with other agents, adding as a featured property on own website, adding as a private listing so only appears on your own website Tick boxes to add to various portal feeds Function to export xml feed Invoice area to download previous invoices Document download area for listing forms, contracts etc Facility to send message to other agents. So when on a property you can ask additional information. This will appear as an alert and also send an email Section fo show latest listings and messages. Plus the ability to create a message for all agents to see A drop down to select options like long term rental, holiday rental, sale Another drop down to select pre listing, available, under offer, sold, unpublish Website Integration Via a feed all properties should be able to be pulled into a website. It will be the website functionality that will determine styling but basically the description and photos should be pulled in if the property is set to share or if it is their own website private too. As part of the import there should be a way that enquiries are also added to their client area in the mls crm so that they can allocate to agents and keep track of activity and progress. It would be useful if this data could be exported in various formats so if a user has their own CRM such as Sugar or HubSpot the leads could be imported. Resales does not have plug ins to be able to integrate to a wordpress site. It will need to be based upon a specific type of real estate template (or selection) that will allow the xml feed (or API) to populate the properties area There should be functions like selecting specific areas / types / budgets to show on specific pages and also featured properties
