iOS & Android Application

We are in need of an mobile application in both Android and iOS, the application is simply a remote mobile optimized webpage wrapped in a WebView. The native code and the Javascript in the remote webpage will interact with each other to create a seamless app with great user experience. You will need to work with our mobile webpage developer to complete the application, you will not get access to any of our remote webpage source code therefore you should have some knowledge of Javascript/PHP and a strong communication skill to work with our mobile web developer. A Skype account is a must and you must be online during your work hours. You will spend a lot of time discussing the app features with our developer. Some key features include: 1. Call Javascript function backbutton() when android back key is pressed, if the function returns `false`, means the webpage is already at last page, display a message "Press back again to exit the application" and listen whether the user press the back button in 3 seconds. 2. Function to get device locale and country. 3. Function to trigger Facebook share intent with an url parameter, if Facebook app not installed, open browser to share instead. 4. Get device notification token, and help us setting up push notification by providing some PHP examples in both ios and android. The app will also need to pass parameter to a Javascript function when a push notification is clicked so the webpage can show user the corresponding information. 5. Allow Javascript geolocation without any further prompt to user. 6. Function to get device OS, device ID/Serial so that we can manage login for same user across different devices. 7. A splash screen that will work on any screen resolution without stretching, splash screen hides once the WebView completes loading the remote web page. 8. We have tested our app on Android browsers including Chrome/Firefox and native browser in Samsung S7 Edge. Chrome and Firefox have some major scrolling issues, the app contains complex horizontal and vertically scrolling Divs that only scrolls properly on native browser. 9. CSS3 animation performance was also performing poorly in Chrome/Firefox but its flawless in native browser. 10. You will need to create and configure a WebView that gives perfectly scrolling and good css3 animation performance 11. Implement In-App-purchases and subscriptions at a native level so that our web page can call the function to initiate a purchase, you will also need to point our developer in how we can verify the purchase and monitor the subscriptions in php server backend. 12. You will use our ios/google play account to configure IAP items 13. You will also be responsible for uploading and publishing the app, you will also be responsible to upload the source code to cloud destination frequently so we can have a look at the codes. If you do a good job, we will also give you monthly maintenance/or fixed fee to continue working/updating on the app. Keep in mind there could be more features required as the web app has not been completed yet. We need someone who pays attention to every details and foresees future obstacles, this is not a job for everyone, to show us that you have read everything please include 'apple' in your proposal otherwise your proposal will be ignored. We are happy to hire one developer for each platform, or one developer if very experienced at both platforms.
