Fix build process of 2012 Maven project (repost)

Found a project that is in android 4 and buillt last in 2012. uses maven and [login to view URL] android-maven-plugin Need help building the sub projects (4 in all, server, UI, console and example) on my local Ubuntu 16/ windows 10 or on an EC2 server that you configure for me ( I will make you admin of my amazon AWS.
