android app for youtube karaoke. read first!

I need an Android app. This app run on an Android 10. It have the following futures: -can choice search for Karaoke only , mixes, or all. when choice is for "Karaoke" it us only requiered to input singer or song name. Results only karaoke item's. when choice "all" find all items. when choice "mixes" it is only recommend to input genre or dj-name it results show newest mixes. -when typing is showing results. -have a history/best-list of played items filtered by "search for" playlist and can erase all or selected songs in playlist. -easy to use by keyboard and by touchscreen. -nice style -i use youtube premium for no commercial! -show my Brand -code it is mine! to an other Step later i have more job. -make upgrade this app with QR code for scanning with Mobilephone or tablet. connect to an website. users can search and add Songs for the karaoke system by website. the songs are updated in songlist from Android App. or better to do now?! van you do both for me? every android app become a own premium youtube account! can you do this html/css and android ciding fir me and do you understand me or more better you speake german. Do you make fair price for me until now, because i not jet earn money with it?! please write me!
