Write an iPhone/iPad application intro screen with scroll view and fade animation

I am looking to build the iOS version of this intro screen app as Universal so support both iPhone (portrait only) and iPad (landscape only). The screen will display a background image, some text at top, 2 buttons, and when user swipes it will transition to another graphic. Graphics are loaded dynamically from URLS in a JSON file hosted on web server so they may be changed in the future. We've already built an Android version, so now to duplicate functionality on iOS to match the original example application, Quickbooks Online (IOS intro): SEE Example (just the intro sequence): [login to view URL] Needed: 1) App launch displays background graphic and spinner and downloads JSON file from URL 2) Parse JSON: [login to view URL] 3) Retrieve images for each "slide" if not exists (don't download if already cached and no change) 4) Display animated scroll view with dynamic background, phone, zoom window for each "slide" 5) Display textual buttons at bottom that will display empty page (we are going to integrate this app into another so just stub out the buttons) Screen mockups for phone: - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] - [login to view URL] Technical specifications: 1) Hand/phone graphic used once and just moved/rotated to different positions 2) Background graphic, phone screenshot graphic, and zoom window graphic will fade/tween from slide to slide 3) Configurable constants class with 5 "positions" with hand/phone, zoom window location and angle 4) Read the position ID in JSON for that slide and move hand/zoom to respective position based on ID (make dynamic) 5) Move hand graphic with phone dynamically and fade in the screenshot on phone screen and in zoom window 6) Fade in the background image per screen Provided: All needed graphics provided including the transparent "gradient", the "zoom window" and "hand with phone" graphic. The other graphics will be downloaded from URLs in JSON as noted. If you have ability to run Android apps, we can provide you URL to .apk to see functionality to duplicate on iOS but we wanted to duplicate the Quickbooks Online iOS app intro screen so you may just download that above and same behavior just different graphics.
