Write an iPhone/iPad and Android application

I specialize in removing unwanted behaviours and improving human performance using highly specialized and patented audio programs. Over 45 years I have developed more than 40 of these unique programs on diverse topics from weight control, stop smoking, golf and other sports activities, 10 types of phobias (flying, dentists, exams, heights, spiders…etc), getting babies to sleep, speed learning, bust enhancement, getting rid of headaches, asthma, improved sexual performance…and many more. I am considering releasing many of these (around 20 for now) as apps as the market for CD’s and MP3 downloads is gradually being replaced by smart phone installations. I have limited knowledge in app development and I looked at cloud based or online expert systems to do the development myself as cost is a factor but I would prefer to deal with someone with experience who can work fast, do a good job and save me money so it's not worth doing myself. Basically, I have the sound files which are the basis of every program, I have lots of associated graphics for each topic and I have ideas of my own as to how to proceed but am very happy to listen to yours. I prefer to begin with one simple project on ‘coherent breathing’ – it has two sound files and a few pages of text behind a splash screen and navigation screen with a few buttons. If this project is done to my satisfaction and price, I am happy to work with you to get the next 20 developed. IMPORTANT: As I said, these projects are price sensitive, I am happy to work offshore as long as we communicate well and don’t like surprises – I care less about deadlines slipping than I do about not being told up front.
