Sleep alarm

Need an app similar to the sleep cycle which monitors your movements through the accelerometer and wakes you up when you are fresh so in technical terms it does not wake you up when you are deep asleep as people tend to feel groggy when they are awaken by traditional alarms. The layout of the app can be simple and the app is required to be non-complicated and easy to use and everyone should be able to understand the functionality of the app. Preferably looking for android as it is a low budget app as our maximum is spending is £ 40 but we can be a bit flexible if the bid sounds good enough. The app should also be able to store the sleeping times/patterns depending on the alarms set and e user should be able to see how much they have slept on a particular date and it would be wonderful if the app would for example notify a user that they haven't slept a required amount of 8 hours a sleep a day. This is just what we are ideally looking in our app but please let us know if an app could be made in a low budget we do realize there is no ideal world which is why we are a flexible with our requirements as well as our budget.
