Issue picker and storefront for newsstand app

So, I'm working to create my own digital magazine and I got most of it figured out, but I need some help with the first part. This app is going to be for a bi-monthly magazine we are planning on charging per issue, and selling it via the Apple Newsstand now I got the part d"one that deals with rendering and displaying the actual magazine. what I need help here is with the Storefront area in these magazine [login to view URL] here is what I want the the code I'm buying to do: *On Launch download a list of available Magazine issues and cover thumbnails to display in a list off my server. *Display that List, and the available Subscription options, in a customizable UI optimized for iPAD *offer in app purchase ability for both the issues and the subscriptions. *Track Downloaded Issues and mark off in the above list which ones are ready for viewing. *When a user Selects an issue, it checks to see if the user either has paid for that particular issue and or has a active subscription. then: -if it has been paid for and downloaded. it will change from the store front screens to a placeholder for my magazine reader also sends in the path to the downloaded files for that issue. -if it has been paid for but not downloaded, it will use the new newsstand processes to begin downloading the files and saving them one finished. the magazine will consist of several files. i can user a ".[login to view URL]" or a ".zip" or some other method that you code can unpack after downloading if that helps. also once download is finish notify user that the issue is ready for viewing. -if it has not been paid give user option to do in app purchase of either that issue or a subscription, and run though the usual process for a newsstand app in app purchase. and then start the download once got confirmation of payment. *Give the user the option to receive, a push notification that a new issue is available, also if they have opted in and are subscribed have it do an automatic background download of the new issue. as per Newsstand requirements. I do have a access to a server running php, and mysql. that I can use to make any components that will need to be on a separate server for this to work, also I'm much better at php then coca touch so I can handle writing the server code but will need to know what information the app will be providing the server and in what format, and what information it expects back and in what format. also urls to the server parts may change, and I would like to be able to reuse this project on other magazines I'm planning on making after I get the first one going so I need to be able to change those details so I can publish this in more then one app and have a separate magazine in each app. Also for the push notifications I'm not going to be using urban airship as the seem a bit to expensive for me, I did find a similar service that is cheaper called push woosh that I'd prefer to use or if you got a better idea that is not to expensive I'll go with that.
